By organizing roundtable discussions in 2020, they took the first step toward advancing diversity, equity, and inclusion. These discussions gave me chances to find out about different societies and upgrade my understanding. 

Juneteenth was recognized as a company holiday with a virtual tour of the African American Burial Ground. A transgender workshop was held during Pride Month, focusing on respect for transgender identities and research. Hispanic diaspora art was explored through a virtual tour of the San Antonio Museum of Art. Hispanic Heritage Month was celebrated with salsa dance lessons and engaging in cultural exploration. These initiatives demonstrate a strong commitment to fostering diversity, equity, and inclusion.

They supported community initiatives like holiday toy drives and school partnerships by continuing their partnerships with local organizations. To advance Black representation in the fashion and beauty industries, they collaborated with the Black in Fashion Council. They also worked with the Saint Heron Library to provide readers with free shipping on rare and vintage books. In addition, they offered free overnight shipping from London to New York for LaQuan Smith’s Fall/Winter 2022 collection. 

They esteem the variety inside their worldwide group, perceiving its commitment to their family-centered culture. They emphasize the significance of fostering a safe and open environment for communication, acknowledging the difficulties, and holding themselves accountable for bringing about the desired changes. Their efforts demonstrate the impact of collective action and reflect their commitment to fostering a society that is more diverse, equitable, and inclusive.
