In 2019, they were named Norway’s most innovative company and launched the Parcel Box in 2020. They moved to alternate day letter delivery in 2020, adapting to new operational efficiencies. In 2021, they launched Shelfless and set new climate targets aligned with the Paris Agreement. They also issued green bonds worth one billion NOK in 2021, supporting their environmental initiatives.
